To use VytalOS, you must:

• Connected wearable data
• Progress records

You remain responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current.

VytalOS uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyse health information and generate personalised recommendations, health summaries, and suggested next steps.

By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated insights are informational only.
• AI recommendations are based on the information available to the platform.
• AI outputs may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.
• AI-generated information should never replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions based on AI-generated insights.

VytalOS and Brastorne Enterprises are not liable for any injury, illness, or damages arising from reliance solely on AI-generated recommendations.

VytalOS may receive or display laboratory results from approved laboratory partners. Users acknowledge that:

• Laboratory data originates from the respective laboratory provider.
• VytalOS displays and organises this information for convenience.
• Interpretation of laboratory results may include AI-generated summaries, which are informational only.
• Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding diagnosis or treatment.

VytalOS may integrate with:

• Medical laboratories
• Healthcare providers
• Hospitals
• Pharmacies
• Wearable devices
• Fitness applications
• Nutrition platforms
• Other approved health services

These integrations are intended to improve your health experience.

VytalOS is not responsible for:

• The availability of third-party services.
• The accuracy of information supplied by third parties.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

If you connect a compatible wearable device, VytalOS may collect health-related information such as:

• Physical activity
• Heart rate
• Sleep data
• Recovery metrics
• Other supported health measurements

This information is used to improve your Health Record and provide more personalised recommendations.

Users may disconnect wearable integrations at any time.

VytalOS enables users to create health goals and receive recommendations to support those goals.

Recommendations are generated using available health information and may evolve as new data becomes available.

Recommendations should not be interpreted as medical prescriptions.

All software, designs, graphics, content, educational materials, AI models, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property within VytalOS remain the property of Brastorne Enterprises or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, sell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to VytalOS. However, we may temporarily suspend services due to:

• Maintenance
• Security updates
• Technical issues
• System improvements

We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

VytalOS does not provide medical care. The platform does not replace:

• Doctors
• Hospitals
• Emergency medical services
• Healthcare professionals

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brastorne Enterprises and VytalOS shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect AI-generated insights.
• Third-party data inaccuracies.
• Loss of data due to system failures.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

VytalOS may suspend or terminate user access if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• The platform is used unlawfully.
• User behaviour threatens platform security or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Security improvements
• Business requirements

Continued use of VytalOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Botswana.

Any disputes arising from the use of VytalOS shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
